What I've Been Up to--

Anyone who follows my blog knows that I had a .99 cent sale on Invisible Path. Since the sale's been over a few more books in the series have been purchased. (And a couple of copies of my cookbook too.)

Next, I'm offering a freebie and that begins on February 1 and lasts through the 5th. Deadly Trail is the very first book in the Deputy Tempe Crabtree series, though on Amazon it's listed as #0. The happened because though written first, it wasn't the first published.  It will be fun to see how this promotion does.

Next week while the sale is going on, we are expecting company, my eldest daughter and her husband. There here to watch their grandson play baseball at Porterville College. Unfortunately, the day he's going to play, I have a doctor apt. I need to go because I had to change it several times.

What has taken up most of my time is preparing program designs for folks who want to open homes for person with developmental disabilities. Right now I'm working on four. What takes so long is waiting for them to send me the information I need to complete the project.

What I'd really like to be doing is working on my next Rocky Bluff P.D. mystery. I've almost finished the first draft but I have to have a fresh brain to work on it.

And of course there's the income tax. The information for taxes is slowly coming in. Not looking forward to doing it.

I have so many big things I need to do, but haven't had time. Eventually, I have to do something about the accumulation of stuff in my office. Whenever I can't find a place to put something it ends up in here. A lot of it could easily go bye-bye.

So, that kind of catches you up on my not very exciting life.

I am fortunate, and I know it, that I have a nice home, still have my husband who is 91, and a large wonderful family.

What's going on in your life?

Marilyn

God bless you, Marilyn. You are one of the most creative people I've ever met. You're also one of the nicest, too.
