Some Reviews of THE TRASH HAREN
"The Trash
Harem" by Marilyn Meredith is a great addition to the author's Deputy
Tempe Crabtree mystery series. Tempe has just retired and she and her husband,
Hutch, are looking forward to some peace and quiet for a change. But, when an
old friend asks for her help, Tempe's passion for solving crimes once again
places her in the middle of a murder.
I highly recommend this book. Patricia Gligor
In The Trash Harem, latest in Marilyn Meredith's Tempe Crabtree Mysteries, retired deputy Tempe and her husband, Pastor Hutch, visit friends in a retirement community to try and clear him of murder. Tempe interviews their neighbors to discover who else might be the killer. Her investigation includes lots of interesting suspects, great food, and some Indian spiritual help. I recommend it to Meredith's fans, old and new. Cindy Woods
Loved Tempe from the start, and now really like her and hubby and friends in her "freelance" activities. Also liked the "cozy" closed group feel and setting. And the "special guest" appearances were great! And I was surprised by who done it (though I shouldn't have been!) Good plotting and writing. Definitely recommend!—Gornell
I liked how the author
wrote a simple, yet quite interesting story about a murder. I was puzzled until
the end when the murderer was revealed. An excellent read.—Sheryl
I really liked TRASH HAREM. It's an
Agatha Christie-style mystery set in an adult community in California. I live
in an adult's only community and thought the depictions of characters in this
book were insightful and funny. However, I'd never heard the term Trash Harem.
It's a clever title for a clever plot. –J.L. Greger
