Ever Feel Overwhelmed?

I'm almost to that place. I thought February might be a bit calmer, but so far it hasn't started out that way.

I got up early so I could get lots done. I had some computer chores that needed to be taken care of right away and that's done. Then I checked on another blog I'm on today http://thestilettogang.blogspot.com
and immediately spotted a typo, so that had to be fixed.

Thought I'd check out my own blog and guess what? Hadn't written one. So that's what I'm doing now.

Once I'm through, I absolutely must at least begin on my income taxes.

And I really want to get to my writing as I'm write in the middle of a really crucial spot--the kind a writer loves to write. When you know exactly where you're going it's really hard to stop and do other things.

Anyway, that's what's going on with me and why I feeling a tad overwhelmed. Everything going smoothly for you?

Feeling a bit overwhelmed this week, but it was also a very productive week, so I guess that's a good thing.

Meet Morgen Bailey from the UK

Like I do with many folks, I met Morgen through the Internet when I learned about the great interviews she does. I thought it would be fun to turn the tables on Morgen and find out something things about her, so here goes: Morgen, except for the fact that you do terrific interviews I know very little about you. Today is My Birthday!

I never thought I'd live this long! The last few years, birthday celebrations have usually been a nice dinner out in a restaurant. Hard to do these days. Sometimes cake and ice cream is how we celebrate. This year my granddaughter, Melissa, is doing something special. She's taking her grandpa and me to a place about 1 1/2 hours away for lunch, called The Secret Garden. I've not only never been there, but I've never heard of it. I took a peek on the Internet and it looks like a beautiful place to celebrate most anything. Yes, I'm excited. I'll take pictures and report on it when I get back. Melissa is special. Everyone loves here, young and old alike. I was in the delivery room when she was born--exciting and wonderous. I babysat her many times until her mom and dad moved to Central California.
