I don't blog often but couldn't miss this one! I review for The Romance Studio and agree that dialogue, or lack of it, can make or break a book. Long, run-on, paragraphs will often bog me down so much I have to struggle to continue with a book. I know they're necessary sometimes to help fill in details but dialogue, when it's good, really keeps a book fresh and makes me want to read it. After all, the characters, what they think and who they are and who might have done the dastardly deed are why I love mysteries.
