Creep by Jennifer Hillier

Just finished Creep by Jennifer Hillier categorized as a thriller--and is that and more. The heroine, Dr. Sheila Tao is a professor of psychology who is addicted to sex. While engaged to a wonderful man she continues having an affair with a grad student and her teaching assistant, Ethan Wolfe. When she finally tells Ethan it’s over, she finds out things are not going to go as she hoped. Ethan’s obsession turns darker and darker and it isn’t long before she not only fears for her job, but her plans for marriage, and even her own life.

A warning: the sex in the story is explicit and the suspense never ending. This is a well written tale with a truly surprising ending—that may lead to a sequel. This was a real page-turner. The book was sent to me by Simon and Schuster or I probably wouldn’t have chosen to read it. Once I got started, I couldn’t put it down.

Like I do with many folks, I met Morgen through the Internet when I learned about the great interviews she does. I thought it would be fun to turn the tables on Morgen and find out something things about her, so here goes: Morgen, except for the fact that you do terrific interviews I know very little about you. Today is My Birthday!

I never thought I'd live this long! The last few years, birthday celebrations have usually been a nice dinner out in a restaurant. Hard to do these days. Sometimes cake and ice cream is how we celebrate. This year my granddaughter, Melissa, is doing something special. She's taking her grandpa and me to a place about 1 1/2 hours away for lunch, called The Secret Garden. I've not only never been there, but I've never heard of it. I took a peek on the Internet and it looks like a beautiful place to celebrate most anything. Yes, I'm excited. I'll take pictures and report on it when I get back. Melissa is special.
