UNRESOLVED and Where I got an Unusual Murder



Unresolved  has two murders, both are unusual.

However, the second one is particularly unusual, and the idea was give to me by one of the members of our writers' group--a pediatrician, a great writer and a really sweet guy.

This tale has two victims, the mayor who has many enemies, and a not so nice old woman. Whether or not the two crimes are connected you'll have to read the story to find out. 

Many of the regular members of the Rocky Bluff P.D. have important parts in this story and a new bunch of interesting characters are introduced. 

Members of PSWA will recognize the names of two of the characters--they won a contest to appear in the book--but believe me, neither one looks like or acts like the characters they loaned their names to.

Don't let the title worry you, the murders are solved by the end of the book.

Like I do with many folks, I met Morgen through the Internet when I learned about the great interviews she does. I thought it would be fun to turn the tables on Morgen and find out something things about her, so here goes: Morgen, except for the fact that you do terrific interviews I know very little about you. Today is My Birthday!

I never thought I'd live this long! The last few years, birthday celebrations have usually been a nice dinner out in a restaurant. Hard to do these days. Sometimes cake and ice cream is how we celebrate. This year my granddaughter, Melissa, is doing something special. She's taking her grandpa and me to a place about 1 1/2 hours away for lunch, called The Secret Garden. I've not only never been there, but I've never heard of it.
