Public Safety Writers Association Conference

This is one of the best all around writing conferences for anyone writing about crime, fiction or fact, fires, mysteries, thrillers or writing for law enforcement or other public safety magazines in print or online.

Anyone who wants to be, will be on a panel. We have no restrictions as to who published your book. Bring your books for sale.

I go to lots of conferences including Bouchercon and Left Coast Crime. I always have a good time, but I must say, this one is at the top of my list for fun and comradeship.

This is the place to get all your questions answered. This year we have two forensic experts, an expert on fires, award winning mystery author, Betty Webb, and much, much more.

Plan on coming and getting inspired, learning a lot, meeting some great people, and having a super time.

Meet Morgen Bailey from the UK

Like I do with many folks, I met Morgen through the Internet when I learned about the great interviews she does. I thought it would be fun to turn the tables on Morgen and find out something things about her, so here goes: Morgen, except for the fact that you do terrific interviews I know very little about you. So here goes with my battery of questions. First, tell me something about your background, including where you live. Thank you Marilyn. I live in Middle England really; Northampton. About as far away from water as you can get (3 hours) which I don’t quite understand as I love water; every picture (actually subconsciously until a friend pointed it out) in my house contains water. Today is My Birthday!

I never thought I'd live this long! The last few years, birthday celebrations have usually been a nice dinner out in a restaurant. Hard to do these days. Sometimes cake and ice cream is how we celebrate. This year my granddaughter, Melissa, is doing something special. She's taking her grandpa and me to a place about 1 1/2 hours away for lunch, called The Secret Garden. I've not only never been there, but I've never heard of it. I took a peek on the Internet and it looks like a beautiful place to celebrate most anything. Yes, I'm excited. I'll take pictures and report on it when I get back. Melissa is special. Everyone loves here, young and old alike. I was in the delivery room when she was born--exciting and wonderous. I babysat her many times until her mom and dad moved to Central California.
