FOLLOWING MRS. MAGELLAN'S INSTRUCTIONS

We put shortest distance in the Magellan tofind our way to Santa Maria. We wandered through farm roads we've never been cown before, finally ended up in Taft (Meteor the TV show is in Taft a lot) then up and over the coastal mtns> forever and ever. when we finally reached the 101 Hwt the GPS quit working. We had to look for the address the old fashioned way.

Used little computer to find out how to fix problem. got the answer and fixed it.

Little computer is hard for me to use, too touchy and keyboard is not quite the same as big one. taking it with me to the fair tomorrow.

Meet Morgen Bailey from the UK

Like I do with many folks, I met Morgen through the Internet when I learned about the great interviews she does. I thought it would be fun to turn the tables on Morgen and find out something things about her, so here goes: Morgen, except for the fact that you do terrific interviews I know very little about you. So here goes with my battery of questions. First, tell me something about your background, including where you live. Thank you Marilyn. I live in Middle England really; Northampton. About as far away from water as you can get (3 hours) which I don’t quite understand as I love water; every picture (actually subconsciously until a friend pointed it out) in my house contains water. Today is My Birthday!

I never thought I'd live this long! The last few years, birthday celebrations have usually been a nice dinner out in a restaurant. Hard to do these days. Sometimes cake and ice cream is how we celebrate. This year my granddaughter, Melissa, is doing something special. She's taking her grandpa and me to a place about 1 1/2 hours away for lunch, called The Secret Garden. I've not only never been there, but I've never heard of it. I took a peek on the Internet and it looks like a beautiful place to celebrate most anything. Yes, I'm excited. I'll take pictures and report on it when I get back. Melissa is special. Everyone loves here, young and old alike. I was in the delivery room when she was born--exciting and wonderous. I babysat her many times until her mom and dad moved to Central California.
