Dispel the Mist



Dispel the Mist is the latest in the Deputy Tempe Crabtree mystery series. I'm truly excited about this book which should be available in September.

The cover depicts the pictograph of the Hairy Man as it looks on the Tule River Indian Reservation. The Hairy Man is a legend comparable to Big Foot in other areas of the county. Of course he plays an important part in Dispel the Mist.

Dispel the Mist is being published as a trade paperback and an e-book by Mundania Press. http://www.mundaniapress.com

I had a great time researching this book and I hope that everyone who has the opportunity to read it will have as great a time.

Like I do with many folks, I met Morgen through the Internet when I learned about the great interviews she does. I thought it would be fun to turn the tables on Morgen and find out something things about her, so here goes: Morgen, except for the fact that you do terrific interviews I know very little about you. Today is My Birthday!

I never thought I'd live this long! The last few years, birthday celebrations have usually been a nice dinner out in a restaurant. Hard to do these days. Sometimes cake and ice cream is how we celebrate. This year my granddaughter, Melissa, is doing something special. She's taking her grandpa and me to a place about 1 1/2 hours away for lunch, called The Secret Garden. I've not only never been there, but I've never heard of it. I took a peek on the Internet and it looks like a beautiful place to celebrate most anything. Yes, I'm excited. I'll take pictures and report on it when I get back. Melissa is special. Everyone loves here, young and old alike. I was in the delivery room when she was born--exciting and wonderous. I babysat her many times until her mom and dad moved to Central California.
