Making Plans for Launching Lingering Spirit

For some reason my blog posts aren't posting on the days they should. Oh, well, I'm forging ahead as though all is working correctly.

While I'm at PSWA I should see copies of my romance, Lingering Spirit, for the first time. My publisher has arranged to have them delivered to the hotel while PSWA is going on.

I am going on a blog tour in July for this book. Blog tours are always fun--though a bit of work since you need to publicize your stops and visit them yourself to see if you should respond to any of the comments.

When I return from PSWA I'll visit the bookstore in our next town and see about setting up a book launch. By that time I should have some reviews I can pass onto the newspaper when I give them information about the launch. At this time, I don't think there's any place in my little home town to do a launch.

Since I've already got quite a few book and craft fairs set up, all I need to do for those is just include the book with the others I'll be bringing.

Like I do with many folks, I met Morgen through the Internet when I learned about the great interviews she does. I thought it would be fun to turn the tables on Morgen and find out something things about her, so here goes: Morgen, except for the fact that you do terrific interviews I know very little about you. Today is My Birthday!

I never thought I'd live this long! The last few years, birthday celebrations have usually been a nice dinner out in a restaurant. Hard to do these days. Sometimes cake and ice cream is how we celebrate. This year my granddaughter, Melissa, is doing something special. She's taking her grandpa and me to a place about 1 1/2 hours away for lunch, called The Secret Garden. I've not only never been there, but I've never heard of it. I took a peek on the Internet and it looks like a beautiful place to celebrate most anything. Yes, I'm excited. I'll take pictures and report on it when I get back. Melissa is special. Everyone loves here, young and old alike. I was in the delivery room when she was born--exciting and wonderous. I babysat her many times until her mom and dad moved to Central California.
