Where have you heard that one before? But this one is pretty good. I've been authorized to offer the Early Bird Price for the PSWA Conference http://www.policewriter.com/ at the Early Bird price until June 1, but you must print out the registration form and send it along with the check or money order to the address on the website rather than using PayPal.
If it arrives before June 1, if you want to be on a panel, be sure and say so. As program chair, I must have the program finalized by June 1.
