Four Reviews of SPIRIT WIND
There was so much I loved
about Tempe’s latest adventure (from the great interest grabbing opening right
through to the end), it’s hard to get it all in one little review here. To
start with, I really liked the spirit and ghost story (and back story), felt
like I was right there in Tehachapi (I’ve been there more than once and I could
see familiar places in my mind just like Marilyn described them), Hutch and
Tempe’s relationship balance was perfect for the situation, the prison back
story was very imaginative given real events…all combined for a most enjoyable
read. I like to escape into a different world when I read fiction—and Spirit Wind
took me away, kept me there, and I was sad to leave at the end. Another great
book from Marilyn Meredith! Highly recommend—just sit back and enjoy reading. I
certainly did.—Madeline Gornell
"Spirit Wind" by
Marilyn Meredith is a great addition to the author's Tempe Crabtree mystery
series. I'm always fascinated by how events from the past can and often do
influence what occurs in the present and that's exactly what happens in this
book. History creates mystery and an intriguing plot with a great setting and
wonderful characters unfolds.—Patricia Gligor
just finished Spirit
Wind. It gets a big thumbs up from me. I am a Tempe Crabtree fan and Marilyn
Meredith does not disappoint with this latest book. <3 great blending of
real and spirit world to tell the story
Very satisfying ending as well. –Linda Card
A few weeks ago my dear
friend Shirley Hickman suggested I read your books. I started with Tempe's
first mystery and 3 weeks later, I finished #17. I am hoping to see more of her
adventures. You definitely have the talent to keep the reader hungry for more.
I really liked the way you thread fiction with fact. Thanks for a great read.
Will we see more of Tempe in future books? --Alice F. Baldwin
