Happy Halloween





The major plot centers on Detecivte Milligan's daughter and her art class decorating an abandoned house for Halloween to make money for the class. 

Of course, it's what they find in the house that moves the story along. 

I can't really tell you where the idea from this story came from because it would be a spoiler, but let me tell you, it was a true event shared with me by a friend. You'll have to guess what it was when you read the book.

I'd like to think the Art Gallery I was a member of would be as kind and supportive to teens as the one in my story.

I do hope you'll get your free Kindle of Bones in the Attic and let me know if you figrue out what was the true happening that gave me the idea for the story.

Like I do with many folks, I met Morgen through the Internet when I learned about the great interviews she does. I thought it would be fun to turn the tables on Morgen and find out something things about her, so here goes: Morgen, except for the fact that you do terrific interviews I know very little about you. Today is My Birthday!

I never thought I'd live this long! The last few years, birthday celebrations have usually been a nice dinner out in a restaurant. Hard to do these days. Sometimes cake and ice cream is how we celebrate. This year my granddaughter, Melissa, is doing something special. She's taking her grandpa and me to a place about 1 1/2 hours away for lunch, called The Secret Garden. I've not only never been there, but I've never heard of it. I took a peek on the Internet and it looks like a beautiful place to celebrate most anything. Yes, I'm excited. I'll take pictures and report on it when I get back. Melissa is special.
